A little bit about me and why I do what I do.

At Catherine Lewis Photography we believe in providing Special Portraits for Special People. We have first hand experience with our own special needs children, specifically Down Syndrome and Asperger’s children, and we bring a caring and gentle understanding to our sessions. To ensure plenty of time to capture your special memories in a stress free atmosphere, we only schedule one session per day.

We also feel very strongly that everyone should be able to have professional portraits taken of their families. Therefore, we offer sessions on location in your home, nursing homes, hospitals, Slater Park in Pawtucket, RI, a studio setting on Central Ave. Pawtucket., where ever your family’s needs would best be met. We are open to discussing other locations; travel expenses will increase session prices however.

At Catherine Lewis Photography, we understand that in today's economy many families are on tight budgets and we have priced our packages specifically to make them easier to fit into a family's budget, as well as offering payment plans. We also offer special rates and opportunities several times a year, so be sure to check our page often! We are committed to providing you with special portraits of the special people in your life at family friendly prices.

If you are an adult with disabilities, a parent of a child with Special Needs, or are simply interested in a portrait session, live in the Rhode Island area, and would like more information about portrait sessions, please contact us. At this time we book appointments for mornings and mid afternoons four days a week and Saturdays. As many other parents of Special Needs children, we must work around our Special Needs children's schedules. With advance notice we might be available at other times, please contact us if our availability doesn't meet your needs so we can arrange an appointment.
